We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations Representative to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Provide comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring resolutions are timely and in line with client expectations.
* Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
* 0-3 years of experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
