Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Representative – Wealth Services to join our Wealth Services team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Process a high volume of client transactions and account-related requests in accordance with established procedures; monitor queues and meet service level expectations.
- Review work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve processing exceptions and discrepancies; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders; identify risks, escalate appropriately, and support remediation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve quality and turnaround time; support adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation; use data and reporting to drive operational improvements; support audit, compliance, and control activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services operations and client processing, preferably within wealth services; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems and digital tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Client-focused mindset with sound judgment and risk awareness; ability to work independently and collaboratively; curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation.
