We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Client Reporting/ Performance - II to join our team. This role is located Pittsburgh PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Monitor and report on client portfolio performance.
- Maintain online tools and reporting platforms utilized by clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding investment products, portfolio management, risk, and asset allocation.
- Develop research analyses to understand industry trends and provide insights.
- Provide analysis and develop reports related to account activities, performance, and investment practices.
- Serve as a first-level escalation point for client inquiries.
- Continuously develop knowledge of various product offerings to address client concerns effectively.
- Train clients on report production and platform usage.
- Interpret and suggest program or service improvements to enhance client experience.
- Research market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth.
- Provide guidance to less experienced Client Reporting and Performance staff as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals.
- May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
- People leadership experience where applicable.
