What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency With Choice - Home & Community Habilitation Provider position at BNI Talent Acquisition Team?
As an Agency With Choice – Home & Community Habilitation Provider, you will work one-on-one with an individual with intellectual disabilities in a home setting. The goal of Barber National Institute’s Agency With Choice (AWC) program is to enable individuals to live on their own or to remain with family in their own home while choosing how they wish to use their services. The main responsibilities of this position include personal care, meal prep, clean up and community access.
Various hours and flexible schedules available.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience with related care required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
