Job Description: An individual who, under supervision provides assistance with daily living skills including but not limited to light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing.

Compensation: $11-$13/ hour (dependent upon level of experience)
Qualifications:
- 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred)
- Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required)
- Fluent in English- reading, writing and speaking (required)
- Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification (required)
- Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required)
- Able to obtain 2 step TB test (required)
- Successfully pass a criminal background check (required)
- Valid Driver's License (preferred)
Functional Abilities:
- Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to stoop and bend.
- Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer' s place of residence.
- Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
Organizational Relationship: Reports to the designated supervisor
