- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure budget compliance.
- Provide support to project teams by answering questions related to cost estimates and assisting with value engineering efforts.
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid and HeavyBid.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
