Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate a flatbed tow trucks with wheellift The Tow Truck Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to calls promptly and professionally.
Duties
Operate tow trucks, including flatbed to transport vehicles safely.
Respond to emergency calls for roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts.
Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during transport.
Maintain accurate records of services provided
Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding service requests and vehicle status.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license - DOT physical required to obtain Health Card
Experience in load unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver is preferred.
Must have a clean driving record, license for at least 5 years and pass background checks as required.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.
