  • Maintain warehouse systems and controls, including SAP updates, user access administration, EDI integrations, and system testing activities.
  • Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement through KPI reporting, 3PL performance reviews, process enhancements, and operational cost optimization.

What should you bring along?

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in the field of warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations preferably within the automotive industry and a 3PL environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring third-party logistics (3PL) providers, including performance management, service-level compliance, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for warehouse processing, fulfillment, inventory, and transportation exceptions.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), EDI integrations, and inventory management processes.
  • Experience managing inventory accuracy programs, cycle count analysis, material posting reconciliation, inventory valuation reporting, and inventory replenishment strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop operational performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in warehouse productivity, on-time performance, stock accuracy, and service quality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and performance tracking. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is essential.
