BRIEF:
The allocator is responsible for bringing parts to counter person and technicians in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Picking parts for counter person.
Picking parts for delivery.
Notify counter personnel or Management if there is a discrepancy with any part.
Communicate with the 2-way radio frequency by listening, answering and responding to all radio calls.
Deliver parts to technicians, confirm safe delivery of all parts specifically fragile and high cost parts.
Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading merchandise.
Notify a supervisor with bin corrections needed.
Stock shelves with parts from daily stock order and bulk location.
Conduct procedures for receiving deliveries.
Make sure parts are tagged and labeled with correct parts numbers.
Restocking all unneeded parts.
Assist in keeping parts bins orderly.
Assist in keeping parts bins orderly.
Qualifications
Work cooperatively with all departments and personnel
Superior verbal and written communication skills and inter-personal skills
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Must have good problem solving skills.
Must have a strong understanding of the English language both written and verbal.
Must be a licensed driver with the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
