Now Hiring - Service Bdc Rep/Appointment Coordinator
Pay: $19.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.
Reports to Fixed Ops Manager

What You'll Do
Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
Ensure a positive customer experience
Introduce customers to service team
Enter customer information into CRM
Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
What You'll Bring
Automotive Service BDC is required
Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service
Outstanding follow-up skills
Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls
Strong communication skills –both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency
Highly organized with attention to detail

The hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
