We are currently seeking two highly motivated, energetic Inside Sales / Appointment Setters to join our growing team in our Freehold office.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to prospective and competitive accounts throughout the tri-state area
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team to conduct free cost analyses
- Present value-driven solutions focused on cost reduction and improved mailing efficiency
- Maintain a high call volume (minimum 50 outbound calls per day)
- Research, prospect, qualify, and generate high-quality leads
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Track daily and monthly KPIs and collaborate with the office team to achieve goals
- Support team performance and help motivate results through incentives and rewards
- Using the SMART framework for effective goal setting (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) provides a robust structure for setting practical performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Telesales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation experience preferred
- Experience handling High-Volume outbound calls preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM Systems, and Data Entry
- Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas highly preferred
