BMW of the Hudson Valley currently seeking an Automotive Biller to join our Automotive Dealership. The Billing Clerk will also assist with Accounting and Office duties as needed. Prior Billing experience required.

Qualifications:
- Prior Billing experience required
- Prior Accounting/ Accounts Payables/ Receivables or Office experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
- Prior Auto Dealership experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
- Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
- Process payments to floor plan institutions.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
- Accounts Payables/ Accounts Receivables as needed
- Breaking down deals as needed
- Out of state DMV Titling as needed
- Other office duties as needed
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
