What You'll Do:
✅ Manage multi-entity payroll processing and administration
✅ Handle accounts payable operations and vendor relationships
✅ Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month/year-end support
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
✅ Support executive leadership with financial reporting and analysis
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
💼 3 years experience in payroll, AP, or bookkeeping
🏥 Healthcare/multi-entity experience a plus
💻 Proficient in Excel, accounting software, and payroll systems
🔍 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
🤝 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
