Essential Functions
- Communicate with our field personnel to assure proper documentation and reporting is being completed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Monitor program assignments for company compliance
- Effectively use software to track on-going projects through completion
- Handle customer service and escalation issues that might arise to assure minimal conflict
- Work closely with key insurance partners to assure systems and projects meet carrier standards and keep current on changes and updates
- Knowledge of A/P and A/R
- Strong communications skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices
- Knowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and associated terminology
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to deal effectively with customers to resolve potential conflicts quickly and professionally
