What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Donatech Corporation?
Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.
- 3 years of recent and demonstrated extensive experience providing administrative assistant support to executive level clients
- Experience working at a defense contractor facility
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams - use of formulas, tables, charts, pivot tables, import/export data, creating new presentations and editing existing ones, teams channels, file sharing, etc.
- Must have previous experience with travel booking software (Concur preferred), coordinating complex travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports

- Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing travel arrangements and completing timely expense reports.
- Proven ability to foster a positive team culture, identifying opportunities to make a larger team more effective
- Able to apply a systematic approach to action items and deadlines
- Familiarity with client-wide systems such as My Timecard, client Travel, client Expenses (Concur), and Iron Mountain Connect
- Familiarity with client policies and procedures
