We are seeking a skilled tradesperson in the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, and Drywall Installation
Skills And Knowledge Requirements
- Sheetrock installation and repair
- Texturing
- Painting
- Cabinet installation and repair
- Trim work
- Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, and related finish carpentry
- Ability to safely and effectively use power tools
- Demolition and project clean-up
- Property board-up experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (preferred)
- OSHA 10/30 Certified (preferred)
- Compensation will vary based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
- Base Pay Maximum: $30.00
- Base Pay Minimum: $25.00
