What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Supervisor position at BMR Professional Resources?
This is a full-time permanent position with heavy overtime potential
Job description:
- Create comprehensive work plans from job orders and inspector notes.
- Communicate with company CEO and Office Manager on project progress and concerns.
- Identify and address potential issues using field experience.
- Oversee up to 3 projects daily across various locations, including from Maine to North Carolina.
- Manage 2-3 remote teams (2-4 personnel each) or up to 16 people on large projects.
- Lead and train employees on company equipment and SOPs.
- Communicate clear expectations to work crews and supervise their activities.
- Allocate resources and equipment for projects.
- Establish and maintain inventory systems in a warehouse.
- Ensure professional and high-quality work standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
2 years of industry experience
1 years of experience managing teams and/or projects
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Other requirements:
Trailer towing
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Must be able to communicate in English
Pay: $30.00 per hour
