As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette, providing information about services, rates, and availability.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local attractions and services.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
