At BM Enterprises SD our Entry Level Assistant Manager role is responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their telecommunication needs, and effectively presenting products or services Verizon offers. This Entry Level Assistant Manager role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success by meeting or exceeding customers needs.
We are aiming to rapidly expand our customer base and customer retention. With Verizon,, we are actively hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to assist our team with expanding Verizon’s reach and customer base. The Entry Level Assistant Manager role will also consist of working with all departments in our company to be versatile in their skill set including learning the products and services available to not only introduce these to our customers but to also be a part of the sale and account management portion. The Entry Level Assistant Manager is the primary interaction between our service and customers so it is crucial that they are customer oriented and reliable.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Answering customers inquiries and questions to review new products, promotions, and account upgrades for their services they are eligible for and/or interested in
- Meeting individual sales for Verizon wireless and internet products
- Tracking sales, orders, deliveries for customers and reporting results as necessary
- Maintaining and inputting correct customer information for their orders following all compliance
- Develop and deliver informative service presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize sales opportunities and solutions
- Participate in continuous training and product knowledge with the intent to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships, build skill sets and advance the sales process.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, leadership or related fields preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Excited about work with technology and the latest devices
- Ability to work independently as well within a collaborative team environment
- Professional work habits and reliable
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
