We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Restoration Industry Leader to join our team at BluSky. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and selling large business opportunities in the restoration industry. You will work closely with sales teams and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely communication and effective collaboration.
**Responsibilities**
- Negotiate contracts and prepare project estimates
- Manage and coordinate large projects nationwide
- Foster close working relationships with subcontractors and vendor partners
- Mentor local project directors and assist with remote projects
- Ensure production team understands scope, budget, and schedule
**Requirements**
- 10 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration industry
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience utilizing Xactimate software and Time and Material methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn (preferred)
