- Lead restoration projects, manage sales teams, and drive business development
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer communication
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Maintain accurate records and reports, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Extensive estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
- Must be able to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills, Xactimate knowledge, and social media platforms preferred
