About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow the presence of the Oregon market. This full-time role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding strategic partnerships that support BluSky's continued growth.
You'll use our proven sales model to generate new business, represent BluSky at industry events, and collaborate closely with operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
What you bring:
- 3 years of outside sales experience in commercial restoration industry required
- Willingness to attend networking events during evenings and/or weekends when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
- Proven history of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Outgoing, relationship-driven, and highly motivated to succeed
