Position Summary
We’re looking for a Desktop Support Level 2 Technician to join our IT team and help deliver reliable, high-quality technical support to our employees.
Job Duties:
Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, Windows, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT tickets.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts.
Set up and maintain computers, applications, and user access.
Work with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Document solutions and provide excellent customer service.
Skills and experience required:
2 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary : $20 - $22
