Your impact:
- Assist patrons with purchasing parking passes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons purchasing parking passes at performances.
- Answer patron questions regarding parking procedures, locations, and costs.
- Utilize a POS system to accurately calculate and process parking fees.
- Communicate effectively with patrons and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Resolve patrons’ complaints, when necessary seek assistance from Supervisor to ensure patron satisfaction.
