We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient education to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Holistic Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive wellness services, helping clients optimize their health through hormone balancing, sexual wellness, IV therapy, medical weight management, peptide therapy, and preventative care. The ideal candidate values relationship-based care, takes time to educate patients, and enjoys creating personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of health concerns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and assessments
- Evaluate and manage patients seeking:
- Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
- Sexual health and intimacy concerns
- Medical weight management
- Peptide therapy
- IV nutrient therapy
- Fatigue, stress, and overall wellness optimization
- Review laboratory testing and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, and preventative health strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with the Blume team to provide exceptional patient experiences
- Stay current with advancements in wellness, hormone optimization, and functional medicine approaches
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
- National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
- Passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and holistic care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with BHRT, sexual wellness, weight management, IV therapy, peptides, or functional medicine preferred but not required

Pay: $65.00 - $100.00 per hour
