Start by setting appointments, learn the business, and build toward a career with performance-based earning potential.
You'll begin by connecting with prospective clients and scheduling appointments with licensed advisors. You'll earn a set rate for each qualifying completed appointment while receiving hands-on training and preparing for your insurance license.
Once properly licensed and appointed, you'll transition into your own insurance sales role, where your earning potential is based on the business you produce.
What You'll Do
- Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments with licensed advisors.
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate appointment records.
- Participate in hands-on training and prepare for your insurance licensing exam.
- Develop communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Transition into licensed insurance sales after completing licensing requirements.

Important Details
- In Person: Daily attendance at our Vienna, VA office is required. This is not a remote position.
- Licensing: Training and licensing preparation generally take 2–4 weeks, depending on individual progress and state requirements.
- Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
