Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Cape Canaveral, FL
Rate: $30/hr on straight time, OT pay available
Schedule: 50 hour work weeks, 5 10 hour days
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks, strong potential for extension
Why Position is Open:
Need additional skilled labor support for operational gaps not covered under existing contracts. Current supervisors are overwhelmed with daily site asks and need reliable field support to improve organization, material movement, cleanup, and ongoing site improvements.
Requirements:
- Forklift; experience required, certification preferred
- Comfortable with heavy labor and outdoor work
- Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Forklift operation and material movement around site
- Trash and dunnage removal
- Site organization and cleanup
- Support site improvements (signage installation, flood mitigation efforts, etc.)
- Build out and maintain temporary facilities support during rainy season
- Storage setup
- Pumps
- Hoses
- Miscellaneous site infrastructure
- Barricade and fencing support
- General labor and odd-job construction support
- Street sweeper operation (small riding mower-style equipment)
- Truck driving and miscellaneous field support tasks
