Key Responsibilities

·       Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of new and pre-owned yachts

·       Generate and manage clients through networking, marina presence, referrals, and digital tools

·       Conduct vessel showings, sea trials, and client walkthroughs

·       Negotiate purchase agreements and guide transactions through closing

·       Maintain accurate listings, client records, and market activity

·       Collaborate with marina staff, service teams, and marketing support

·       Stay current on market trends, inventory values, and product knowledge

Qualifications

·       Prior yacht brokerage or boat sales experience required

·       Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

·       Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
