What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Rental Cleaners Needed IMMEDIATELY - FULL TIME OR PART TIM position at Bluewater Rentals?
Bluewater Rentals is looking to add 1-2 people to our staff
***PHONE INTERVIEWS WILL BE DONE THIS WEEK FOLLOWED BY IN AN PERSON INTERVIEW AT OUR OFFICE IN DESTIN
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
Looking for TOP cleaners and/or people with no professional cleaning experience willing to be coached and able to follow a checklist. We are not interested in people that do the bare minimum. You won’t last long with us!
- We offer the HIGHEST PAY PER UNIT in our area. In return, employees must be on time to work every day and be able to follow and use a checklist.
- Full and Part-time positions are able. Both require working on both Saturday and Sundays
- Offer weekday and weekend work year-round.
- Clean condos and homes in Destin, Miramar Beach, and on Okaloosa Island
- NO CLEANING COMPANIES (Meaning we will not outsource our cleans)
- CANNOT BRING FRIENDS TO HELP YOU CLEAN
- We don’t assign units based on seniority. The best cleaners get the most amount of work.
- MUST LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF DESTIN
Phone interviews will be conducted, followed by in-person interviews in our Destin office. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO MEET FOR AN INTERVIEW.
Cleaners will be required to meet at Destin office to pick up condo supplies/laundry, then travel to location to clean. Pay will vary per unit (not hourly).
Following qualifications will be REQUIRED:
-9am-4pm availability - weekends are required, weekdays are available
Unlike most companies, we have work every day of the week.
-Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
-MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
-Supply your own cleaning supplies
