Bluewater Broadcasting — home to seven powerhouse radio stations and a growing digital platform in Montgomery — is seeking driven, experienced sales professionals to join our team.
In this role, you’ll create and sell broadcast and digital advertising solutions to both new and established clients. Daily responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate new business
- Managing and growing an assigned list of active clients and budgets
- Meeting with business owners to uncover their advertising needs
- Developing and presenting customized, multi-platform marketing solutions
- Achieving monthly sales goals and ensuring timely account collections
The ideal candidate has proven outside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Media sales experience is a plus — but a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for helping local businesses succeed are essential.
