What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Asset Management position at Bluestone Search?
Our client, a Real Estate Owner/Operator based out of Fort Worth, is looking for an Analyst who can work in both Asset Management for their properties, as well as Leasing and Lease Management.
This role is in-office 5 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Support leasing and asset management activities for a mixed-use portfolio, with a primary focus on office properties.
- Build financial models to evaluate the cash flow impact of new leases, renewals, and lease modifications.
- Monitor portfolio performance by tracking occupancy, rental rates, leasing activity, and market trends while preparing investment recommendations and reporting.
- Conduct market research, analyze competing properties, and assist with leasing strategy and asset performance initiatives.
- Coordinate with tenants, brokers, ownership, and property management while supporting property tours, lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, asset management, or a related role, preferably with office or mixed-use assets.
- Strong Excel financial modeling skills with experience analyzing lease economics, cash flows, rental rates, and concessions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a collaborative, lean team environment.
