Role and Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for coordinating project initiatives and supporting staff augmentation for key accounts within the Department of Energy, Nuclear, and other power industries. The PC ensures successful project coordinating by supporting client
relationships and providing strategic technical staff augmentation support. The role emphasizes delivering
exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Client Project Support Services
• Present and promote Bluestone Group’s technical staff augmentation and consulting services to
existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client projects to ensure long-term partnerships and
future growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for current client accounts, acting as the face of Bluestone Group
to resolve client issues promptly and maximize satisfaction.
• Conduct consistent and routine communication via phone, email, or other mediums with client project
management teams.
• Support field contractor needs at project locations and recruit for call-by-name positions as needed.
Staff Augmentation and Project Coordination
• Collaborate with the internal recruiting teams and project clients to ensure effective communication
and efficient processes, including:
- Opening new client positions with the recruiting teams.
- Preparing and submitting qualified candidates to client project management.
- Coordinating client interviews with recruiting teams and client project management.
- Managing new hire start dates with project client management and the corporate in-processing
team.
- Preparing and communicating terminations with the corporate office.
- Track project status using the corporate turnover tracking spreadsheet and maintain purchase
order spend reports.
- Prepare bi-weekly recruiting and client solutions reports and weekly job priorities for the
recruiting teams.
- Develop non-disclosure agreements, administrative proposals, spreadsheets, and other
materials as needed.
- Support company and project audits as needed.
Executive Team Support
• Organize and maintain Bluestone Groups electronic system for confidential records, contracts, and
project-related documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports.
• Maintain and initiate field contractor spreadsheet.
• Manage Bluestone Group marketing company page.
• Support the development of marketing material for Bluestone Group.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical staff augmentation,
consulting, MSP, recruiting, marketing, sales, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, client support management, marketing, or
staffing coordination.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to diagnose client needs and align them with
Bluestone Group’s service offerings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and recruiting platforms (e.g., social media, job boards).
• Ability to travel up to 10% to project locations and industry conferences.

relationship building.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to innovative technologies and service offerings relevant to the
energy and nuclear sectors.
