Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager drives growth in the Western territory. This outside sales role focuses on new business development, expanding VAR and reseller relationships, and collaborating with manufacturer partners to deliver technology solutions.
Essential Responsibilities Include
- Grow revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing VAR and reseller accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, pricing, and closing
- Develop and execute a territory business plan and sales strategy
- Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Conduct joint sales calls, product demos, and customer presentations
- Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance using CRM tools
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of the channel
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory
