About the Role
As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing field operations during client projects. You will guide a team of support associates in executing tasks related to move planning, downsizing, packing, and organizing. You'll also serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel supported and respected throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members during onsite projects
- Act as a liaison between the client and Bluestar leadership during jobs
- Assist clients in sorting belongings and deciding what to keep, gift, donate, or discard
- Safely pack fragile and high-value items for transport or storage
- Ensure team adheres to safety and quality standards at all times
- Monitor progress and delegate tasks to ensure project completion within timelines
- Resolve minor conflicts or client concerns in a calm, professional manner
- Model compassionate, respectful, and client-centered service at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel within Venice, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte counties
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage timelines and delegate effectively
- Calm, patient demeanor with a focus on client needs
- Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in senior services, moving, or customer care is a plus
