Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple locations, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of cleaning staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
• Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met or exceeded
• Manage supplies inventory, ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are well-stocked and maintained
• Address any issues or concerns from staff or clients promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Support scheduling efforts to optimize staffing levels based on workload demands

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
• Supervising or leadership experience in a hospitality, hotel, or commercial cleaning environment
• Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and scheduling coordination
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
