Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and deliver timely, accurate, and high-touch service.
- Build lasting relationships by understanding client preferences, anticipating needs, and exemplifying our hospitality-driven culture.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
- Process new accounts, transfers, distributions, and contributions with precision and timeliness.
- Monitor account activity and ensure all records and reports reflect accurate data.
- Maintain operational efficiency by following structured workflows — while continuously seeking better ways to serve clients and streamline processes.
- Prepare, review, and submit client paperwork, ensuring regulatory and firm compliance at every step.
- Track open items and follow through to completion with accountability and urgency.
- Support the implementation of new systems, custodians, and processes with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Partner with advisors, portfolio management, compliance, and leadership to ensure exceptional execution and service delivery.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that strengthen our culture of learning and performance.
- Participate actively in team meetings, growth initiatives, and firm projects that advance our mission and vision.
