ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person meetings while anticipating needs and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Oversee client onboarding, assisting clients through the process, and serving as their advocate throughout the relationship.
- Support the CSA team in compiling, verifying, and organizing all meeting materials to ensure they are complete and accurate before client appointments.
- Collaborate with vendors, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues, streamline operations, and support client and advisor needs.
- Scan and file checks, documents, statements, and client notes in a timely manner to maintain accurate digital records.
- Process and manage expense reports for senior management using Concur weekly.
- Provide administrative support to advisors on daily tasks and special projects as needed.
- Manage office logistics, including mail distribution and inventory of office supplies.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure transparency and the timely completion of tasks and projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 5 years of executive-level administrative, client service, or relationship management experience preferred
