Total Annual Compensation: Up to $113,000
- Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$18,000 (paid monthly)
The $80k–$85k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $85k–$95k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2 years of experience).
