Total Annual Compensation Up to $113,000

• Base Salary $88,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
• Assist with assessments for clients.
• Introduce therapy programs.
• select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA’s guidance.
• Experience supervising and training therapists, providing parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Experience managing a clinical caseload and creating and monitoring the outcomes of behavioral programs under the supervisor of a BCBA.
• Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential.
• Receive the supervision and support needed to sit for your BCBA exam.

Education Requirements Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior analytic course work
