Sr OSP Project Manager- OSP Operations
Are you an experienced telecom construction professional who thrives on keeping complex fiber deployment projects organized, on budget, and moving forward? We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager, OSP Operations to support large-scale fiber network expansion initiatives across multiple markets.
In this role, you will serve as a key partner to Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and PMO teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from planning through completion. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with financial acumen, operational leadership, and a deep understanding of OSP fiber construction.
What You'll Do:
Drive Project Financial Performance
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting for OSP Engineering and Construction initiatives.
- Perform budget-to-actual analysis, identify cost variances, and provide insights to leadership.
- Review invoices, change orders, commitments, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Support project closeout activities and maintain accurate project financial records.
- Deliver recurring reports and performance metrics to support business planning and decision-making.
Support Material Forecasting & Construction Planning
- Coordinate material forecasting and inventory planning to support high-volume fiber construction programs.
- Align material requirements with build schedules, production targets, and vendor lead times.
- Partner with Procurement teams to minimize delays and ensure construction teams have the resources they need to execute successfully.
Enable Successful Project Execution
- Create and manage engineering and construction work orders.
- Ensure project documentation, scopes of work, and system records are accurate and up to date.
- Track project progress and support operational workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with process development, reporting initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of new products, tools, and operational processes.
- Help streamline workflows and drive consistency across large-scale fiber deployment programs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong experience supporting OSP fiber design, engineering, and construction projects.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of telecom construction practices, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls.
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Sitetracker or similar project management platforms preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Familiarity with Google Earth KMZ/KML files is a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
