What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk (Mobile) position at BlueSky Resource Solutions?
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1–2 support for Apple iPhones (iOS).
- Enroll, configure, and manage devices via MDM.
- Troubleshoot iOS, app, email, connectivity, and security issues.
- Support device lifecycle activities (onboarding, upgrades, replacements).
- Enforce mobile security and compliance policies.
- Document tickets and resolutions; communicate clearly with users.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT or mobile device support experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Apple iPhones.
- Understanding of MDM concepts and iOS administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JAMF.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager.
- Experience working with mobile carriers.
