This is a true full-desk recruiting opportunity for someone who enjoys both business development and recruiting. You'll build meaningful client partnerships, identify exceptional finance and accounting professionals, and play a key role in growing our national practice.

What You'll Do
- Develop new client relationships through consultative business development
- Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
- Recruit and place top Finance & Accounting professionals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement
- Conduct candidate sourcing, interviewing, qualification, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and finance professionals
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and employment offers
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
- Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation, and market intelligence

What We're Looking For
- 3 years of agency staffing experience in Finance & Accounting recruiting
- Proven success developing new business and managing client relationships
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
