- Support Sales & Engineering – Serve as a key resource in preconstruction efforts by preparing professional proposals, performing structural design assessments, and offering technical insights.
- Assess Project Profitability & Risk – Evaluate potential projects to ensure alignment with financial goals, risk management strategies, and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with Clients & Stakeholders – Communicate highly complex technical information with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to support seamless project execution.
- Optimize Cost & Efficiency – Utilize engineering software, brand processes, and pricing systems to generate precise estimates and innovative solutions.
- Lead Knowledge Sharing – Train and mentor colleagues on estimating best practices, company products, and software tools to drive team excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in estimating, design, or project management.
- In lieu of degree, 10 years of experience in estimating, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in estimating pre-engineered building systems.
- Knowledge of structural design
