Buildings Division Safety Audit Program, process implementation and statistical reporting Outside contracts, ensuring proper billing and service levels as well as competitive pricing A safe and comfortable working environment Seamless delivery and support of incoming and outgoing mail, including employee communications, records, and special postings Maintenance and support of mechanical systems, grounds, cleaning, food service, and office changes/moves The Manager leads a team and ensures that the skills and competencies of team members are built and maintained. In order to deliver required results, the Facilities Manager ensures that team members do the technical work required of them. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Manage and maintain Building and Building Systems Manage contractors including onsite cafeteria Manage Document Center Manage record retention Oversee arrangement and layout of office space and meeting areas Manage staff and team development Manage Security Guards and security systems Prepare and manage annual operating budget Education & Experience Qualifications Minimum: Associates degree or 5 years’ experience in Building Management in lieu of degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Facility/Property Management Additional Information The preceding job responsibilities and tasks were designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this job.
