Join Our Team as a Facilities Manager!
- Buildings Division Safety Audit Program, process implementation and statistical reporting
- Outside contracts, ensuring proper billing and service levels as well as competitive pricing
- A safe and comfortable working environment
- Seamless delivery and support of incoming and outgoing mail, including employee communications, records, and special postings
- Maintenance and support of mechanical systems, grounds, cleaning, food service, and office changes/moves
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Building and Building Systems
- Manage contractors including onsite cafeteria
- Manage Document Center
- Manage record retention
- Oversee arrangement and layout of office space and meeting areas
- Manage staff and team development
- Manage Security Guards and security systems
- Prepare and manage annual operating budget
Education & Experience Qualifications
- Associates degree or 5 years’ experience in Building Management in lieu of degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Facility/Property Management
