Responsibilities
- Assist brokers with preparing and reviewing property listings, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Coordinate appointments, showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate property viewings and negotiations.
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service and clear information about properties and processes.
- Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, updating online listings, and leveraging social media platforms to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, property management details, and administrative documentation using organizational skills and real estate administrative experience.
- Facilitate communication between clients, brokers, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction progress.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance and support.
- Assist in our ever-expanding vacation rental busines.
- Must be able to work Satur days.
