Responsibilities
- Assist with site clearing, grading, and preparation for landscape projects
- Plant trees, shrubs, and other vegetation according to project specifications
- Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during project tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and other related tasks as needed
- Support with demolition, restoration, or remodeling activities on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus
- Knowledge of construction management, estimating, inspection, or specific skills such as plumbing or electrical experience is advantageous but not mandatory
