Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Apprentice role located in Northern CO. The HVAC Apprentice will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air systems in compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves working closely with both our team, your crew and customers to keep projects running smoothly and ensure the work gets done safe, effectient and correct.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in diverse environments
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions while working in a physical, hands-on role
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED; prior experience or an interest in the trade is a plus
