Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Apprentice Plumber role located in Northern CO. The Apprentice Plumber will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include new construction, handling pipes, fixtures, and installation tools as instructed, performing basic maintenance and repair tasks, and assisting with diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues. The role requires communicating effectively with team members and customers to maintain a productive workflow and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn plumbing systems, pipe installation, and their functions
- Experience or willingness to learn maintenance and repair skills
- Customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in diverse environments
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions while working in a physical, hands-on role
- Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or GED; prior experience or an interest in the trade is a plus
