We are a premier event production, rentals, and creative services company seeking a high-caliber Assistant General Manager to oversee and lead operations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring excellence across both the creative agency side and the logistical and operational side of our business.
This role will act as second-in-command to the General Manager and will step into full responsibility for managing all aspects of the Las Vegas location’s performance, including profitability, forecasting, safety, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the operational leader for the Las Vegas location
- Oversee all departments, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and adherence to established processes
- Manage sales and labor forecasting, interpreting financial reports to make proactive adjustments
- Lead people operations including attendance management, performance management, conflict resolution, and onboarding
- Bridge creative and logistical teams, fostering collaboration between agency staff, event designers, warehouse, and trucking crews
- Ensure seamless execution of large-scale activations, rentals, and production services
- Maintain vendor contracts, manage budgets, and uphold quality standards
